TCPN is a national governmental purchasing cooperative. Participation in TCPN will provide the legally required competition for contracts on commonly purchased products and services.

TCPN meets the state statutes for:

Connecticut | Maine | Massachusetts | New Hampshire | Rhode Island | Vermont

The process for utilizing TCPN is a simple one:

• Visit the TCPN website athttp://www.tcpn.org
• Click on the Membership button in the top bar
• Select your state from the pull-down menu
• Fill out the form and submit (Note this page contains a link to your state statutes, should you wish to review them.)
• You will receive a response with instructions for using TCPN within 24 hours
